To add or update information such as name, social security number, marital status, phone number, etc. for a case person(s):
Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Individual Demographics from Task Navigation. The Individual Demographics List page displays.
Click the Edit button for the case person where the New indicator is displayed. The specific Individual Demographic Detail page displays.
Review the three options:
Accept all data from an e-Application, click the Check All button. Then click the Accept button to proceed with the e-Application.
Accept only some data from an e-Application and reject other data:
Click each check box next to the new data element the user wants to accept.
Click the Accept button.
A window displays with this text: “The following data items have not been accepted. Clicking “Continue” rejects this data. Do you want to continue?” Click Continue to proceed or Cancel to re-evaluate the data before proceeding.
Reject all data from an e-Application:
Click the Accept button.
A window displays with this text: “The following data items have not been accepted. Clicking “Continue” rejects this data. Do you want to continue?” Click Continue to proceed or Cancel to re-evaluate the data before proceeding.
