Manually Re-Index Documents

 

  1. While in KEES, from the Task Inventory search for the Application to get the App ID.

Note: Paper Applications has a 23-character unique identifier while Electronic Applications has a 7-character unique identifier.

  1. Worker will log into Perceptive Content Application.

  2. On the Perceptive Content tool bar select the Documents section.

  3. The Perceptive Content Explorer will display.

  4. In the View pane select KEES Registration Documents.

  5. Enter the Application ID in the Quick Search and select the Go button.

  6. When the documents display, double click the selection to open the Perceptive Content Viewer.

  7. Select the F12 on the keyboard or follow the menu path on Perceptive Content Viewer:

Note: To verify documents have been Re-Indexed select the Refresh button on the Perceptive Content Viewer and No Documents Found displays. You can then check the documents associated with the case number by following the steps below:

  1. Select KEES All Case Documents from the View pane on the Perceptive Content Explorer page.

  2. Enter the Case Number in the Quick Search then select the Go button.

  3. The documents then display to the correct case.
