Application Date – the date the application was received. When selecting the hyperlink date under App Date Person History Detail page displays.
Beginning Date of Aid- date the consumer starts receiving benefits. Displayed in <MM/DD/YYYY> format.
App Number.
Type- Medical Program.
Action- Pending, Approved, Changed, Discontinued, or Discontinuance Rescinded.
Action Date- Date action was taken on the case.
Referred to FFM.

Role- MEM.
Role Reason.
Status- Pending, Active.
Status Reason.
Begin Month- Month benefits begin in <MM/YYYY> format.
End Month- Month benefits end in <MM/YYYY> format.
