Adding New Staff to Worker ID List

 

  1. Select Admin Tools from Global Navigation. Select Office Admin from Local Navigation. Select Staff Assignment from Task Navigation. The Staff Assignment List page displays.

NOTE: Effective dating applies to Worker IDs. If the staff person is known to KEES assigning the new Worker ID automatically end dates the old Worker ID. This means users do not need to end date a Worker ID for one worker if that Worker ID is immediately assigned to another worker.

  1. Select the Division ID from the drop-down menu.  

  1. Enter the 2-digit Unit ID code from the Worker ID.

  1. Click the Go button. The Staff Assignment List page displays.

NOTE:  When searching with a DCF Division ID filter, all Units associated with the specific Unit Code located in ALL the DCF Office Locations display.

  1.  Click the Add Staff Assignment button. The Staff Assignment Detail page displays.

  1. Select or enter Worker ID in the Worker Identification field.

  1. Once the user has the Worker Identification number keyed in:

  1. Enter the current date in the Begin Date field using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon. 

  2. Click the Save and Return button.
