Adding Provider Rates from within the Child Care Provider Service

Provider rates are accessed from within the Child Care Provider Service. The rates are specific to that service and should be added for each age group and service as necessary. This process must start within the context of the Provider Resource Detail. For more information on accessing the Resource Detail page, see Searching the Resource Databank.

To Add Provider Rates

  1. Within the context of the child care provider Resource Detail, select Services from Task Navigation. The Service List page displays.

  2. Click the Service Type hyperlink that you wish to add provider rates for. The Service Detail page displays.

  3. Click the View Rate List button. The Provider Rates List page displays.

  4. Click the Add Rate button. The Provider Rate Detail page displays.

  5. Select an Age Group from the drop-down menu.

  6. Enter the hourly rate based on the provider and age group selected in the Rate field.

NOTE:  For Relative Providers enter a Rate of 3.00.

  1. Enter the Begin Date for the rate using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  1. Click the Save and Return button. The Provider Rates List page displays.

  2. Repeat STEP 4 – STEP 8 to add additional rates for each age group.
