Adding a Degree Record

  1. Select Services from Global Navigation. Select Appraisal from Local Navigation. Select Degrees from Task Navigation. The Degrees List page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button to add a new degree record or edit an existing record. The Degrees List page displays.

  3. Select a Type from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select the appropriate Name from the drop-down menu.

  5. Type in a short description of what type or where the degree was obtained in the Title field.

  6. Enter the first day of the month of when the degree was obtained in the Date Received field using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  7. Enter an Expiration Date, if applicable, using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  8. To enter additional degrees, click the Add button and repeat STEP 3 - STEP 7.

  9. Click the Save button.
