Adding a Verification Record

Not all verifications needed have a corresponding data collection page/record. These must be added manually from the Verification List page to create additional pending verifications.

To add a verification record:

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.
  2. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Verifications from Task Navigation. The Verification List page displays.
  3. Select LIEAP from the Program Type drop-down menu in the Search Results Summary section.
  4. Click the Add button. The Verification Detail page displays.
  5. Select a verification Type from the drop-down menu.
  6. Select the consumer Name from the drop-down menu.
  7. Select Pending from the Status drop-down menu.
  8. Select LIEAP from the Program drop-down menu.
  9. Enter a date in the Request Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
  10. Enter a date in the Due Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
  11. If needed, enter a Description in the text box.
  12. Click the Save and Return button to save any changes or the Cancel button to leave the page without saving the verification record. The Verification List page displays.
