Adding a WP Program Block

The WP Status List page is used to create a Work Programs program block, record work registration statuses for consumers who are mandatory or exempt, add or edit work registration statuses and/or program statuses for Work Programs.

Add a WP Program Block:

  1. Within the context of a case, select Services from Global Navigation. Select WP from Task Navigation.  The WP Status List page displays.

  2. Select the consumer’s Name from the drop-down menu.

NOTE:  To view Work Program participation records for the consumer selected, click the View button.

  1. Click the Add button from the Work Registration section. The Work Registration Detail page displays.

  2. Select a value from the Registration Status drop-down menu.

  3. If the consumer is Exempt select the appropriate value from the Registration Status Reason drop-down menu. Otherwise, proceed to STEP 6.

  4. Enter the TANF application date as the Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  5. Click the Save and Return button. The WP Status List page displays.  

  6. Select Case Summary from Local Navigation. The Work Programs program block displays.

  7. Complete Manual Assignment – Non-Medical to assign the program block to a Worker ID.

  8. Proceed to Add or Update WP Program Status.
