Adding and Editing a LIEAP Resource

Adding a LIEAP Vendor RDB

NOTE: Searching for the LIEAP vendor is required prior to Adding. 

  1. Click Resource Databank on the Global Navigation bar. The Resource Search page displays.

  2. Enter Name.

  3. Verify All is selected from the Status drop-down menu.

  4. Select Provider from the Category drop down value.  

  5. The Service Category and Service Type field dynamically displays. 

  6. Select LIEAP Vendor from the Service Category drop down value.

  7. Select a Service Type. 

NOTE: The Starting Address auto populates based off Worker ID. 

  1. Click the Search button.

  2. The Resource Search page displays search results. 

NOTE: If the search results are not satisfactory, click Refine Your Search and enter additional or different search criteria.  

NOTE: The search results can be sorted using the ‘carets’ below each listed column. Only one column can be sorted at a time.  Additional columns of information can be obtained by clicking the View Detailed Results button on the Resource Search page.

  1. Click the Hyperlink for the correct provider.  The Resource Detail page displays.  This places the user within the context of the Provider on the Resource Detail page.

  2. Select Services from Task Navigation.  The Service List page displays.

  3. Click the Add button on the Service List page.

  4. The Service Detail displays.  

NOTE: Service Detail page needs to be completed for each Fuel Service Type the vendor provides.  

  1. Click the Save button.  The Service Detail page displays.  Review and select the Close button.

Editing LIEAP Vendor Information RDB

  1. Click Resource Databank on the Global Navigation bar. The Resource Search page displays.

  2. Enter Name.

  3. Verify All is selected from the Status drop-down menu.

  4. Select Provider from the Category drop down value.  

  5. The Service Category and Service Type field dynamically displays. 

  6. Select LIEAP Vendor from the Service Category drop down value.

  7. Select a Service Type.

  2. The Resource Search page displays search results.

  1. Click the Hyperlink for the correct provider.

  2. The Resource Detail page displays. The Resource Name and Resource Number displays across the top of the page. 

  3. Select Services form Task Navigation.  The Service List page displays.   

  4. Click the Edit button for the specific Service to update.   

  5. The Service Detail page displays. 

  6. Updated applicable fields. 

  7. Click the Save button.  The Service Detail page displays.  Review and select the Close button.
