Adding or Updating FAET Program Status

An FAET Program Status must be added or updated any time there is a change in a participant’s FAET status. FAET Program Status options and corresponding Status reasons are:

Note: If an FAET program block exists in Pending status, follow the Reassign a Program Block steps prior to completing these steps.

Add or Update FAET Program Status

  1. Within the context of a case, select Services from Global Navigation.  Select FAET from Task Navigation.  The FAET Status List page displays.

  2. Select the consumer’s Name from the drop-down.  Click the View button.  The FAET Status List page redisplays.

  3. Click the Add Status button in the Program section. The FAET Status Detail page displays.

  4. Select a value from the Status drop-down menu, the Status Reason drop-down menu displays.

  5. Select a value from the Status Reason drop-down menu.

  6. Enter the date participation status changed as the Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  7. Click the Save and Return button. The Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays. This page shows KEES is end dating the existing record and starting a new record. Verify the dates are correct then click the Save button.   The FAET Status List page displays.

NOTE: If the participant did not have a previous program status or when entering the same start date as a previous program status, there should be no End Date for the record listed under “The system will adjust the effective date of this record:” section.
