Allocated income is countable for all programs per policy. However, KEES counts the income as exempt when an income type of Allocated Income is selected.
In order for KEES to count allocated income, use an Income Category of Interest, Dividends, Investments with an Income Type of Royalties. Staff must also indicate Royalties was used for Allocated Income in the Journal.
