Case Flags are used to indicate a noteworthy or special situation related to a case person or program. Examples are Fraud, Unauthorized SSN in Use, or to identify a Single Point of Contact. Case Flags allow the worker the ability to create a flag indicator on the Case Summary page.
Case Flags can be set at both the person and program level. Regardless of level, once a flag is set, the indicator is visible in the top right corner of the Case Summary page.
