Changing Foster Care Aid Code from GA01N PEN - PPS

When a child is placed in foster care, users will override the Foster Care EDBC to establish the GA01N PEN aid code when all required information has not been received.

When users receive the required information to establish an aid code, a new Custody Authority-Foster Care Eligibility Determination page is to be completed. Users then run EDBC for the application for KEES to establish the correct aid code.
