Changing the Status of a Recovery Account (Suspend, Termination, Reactivation)

When a Recovery Account is created the initial Status of the account is Pending. Once this status is updated it cannot be set back to Pending.  The Recovery Account Status can be updated to Active, Voided, Suspended or Terminated through different means depending on the specific status.  KEES automatically updates the Recovery Account Status to Closed when the balance of the account reaches $0.00.

To Change the Status of a Recovery Account

  1. Select Fiscal from Global Navigation.

  2. Select Collections from Local Navigation. The Recovery Account Search page displays.

  3. Complete a search for the Recovery Account.
