If a consumer has no need for child care or is not working the required number of hours to meet child care eligibility, the following steps should be taken:
Enter the parent(s) schedule(s) as reported by the consumer, if applicable.
Negative Action the program using the Reason No Need Indicated or Failed Minimum Hour Work Req.
NOTE: The Negative Action Reason of No Personal Need should not be used because the notice generated will be inaccurate.
