Child Primary Applicant - Child Care

When a person under the age of 18 years old, who is not emancipated applies for Child Care, the application should be denied per policy.  KEES will incorrectly approve the program if otherwise eligible.  The program should be denied using the following steps:

• Negative Action the program, using the Reason of Not Eligible - Other Reasons.

• Append the NOA using the DCF Standard Text for Copy and Paste.
