Consumer is NOT Expedited

If the consumer has a Pending Food Assistance Program Block and the user discovers after registration the consumer should NOT be expedited the user can:

  1. Click the View Details button on the Food Assistance Program Block. The Food Assistance Detail page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button on the Food Assistance Detail page.

  3. Select No from the Entitled Field in the Expedited Services block. Do not enter a Discovery Date.

  4. Select No from the Verifications Postponed drop-down menu.

  5. Click the Save and Return button. The Case Summary page displays.

NOTE: The Food Assistance Program Block displays the Expedited Services indicator as Yes. If the user views the Food Assistance Detail page the field has been changed to No.
