Once the SSP user has submitted the request to unlink from a case:
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.
Select e-Tools from Local Navigation.
Click the ACSSP Registration hyperlink from Task Navigation. The ACSSP Registration Search page displays.
Select Pending from the Registration Status drop-down menu.
Select Case Delinking from the Request Type drop-down menu.
Enter the appropriate date parameters and click the Search button. Search results display.
Locate and click the name hyperlink of the SSP user. The Unlink Confirmation page displays.
Confirm the details between the SSP link request and the KEES case information match. Once all details are confirmed, click the Unlink button.
If any details are inconsistent, click the Cancel button.
To reject the request, click the Reject button. The Unlink Confirmation Summary displays, showing the Linked Status as Processed.
Once complete, the unlinked SSP user should longer be able to view details associated to the case.
