Editing a Status for an Activity

  1. Select Services from Global Navigation. Select Appraisal from Local Navigation. Select Customer Activities from Task Navigation. The Customer Activities List page Displays.

  2. Click the View Progress button. The Activity Progress Detail page displays.

  3. Click Edit button. The Activity Progress Detail page Displays in edit mode.

  4. Click the Add button. The Activity Progress Status Detail page displays.

  5. Select the Status from the drop-down menu.

  6. Select the Status Reason from the drop-down menu.

  7. Enter the Status Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy>format or the calendar icon.

  8. Click the Save button. The Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays. This page shows KEES is end dating the existing record and starting a new record. Verify the dates are correct then click the Save button. The Activity Progress Detail page displays.

  9. Click Save and Return. The Activity Progress Detail page displays in view mode.

  10. Click the Close button. The Customer Activities List page displays.
