Editing a Verification Record

Users can add additional information or extend the due date for a verification record on the Verification Detail page.

NOTE: Do not edit any verification record that has a Program of FAET, Work Programs, or TANF/RCA, FA, CC.

To edit a verification record:

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go.
  2. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Verifications from Task Navigation. The Verification List page displays.
  3. Click Edit for the verification record. The Verification Detail page displays.
  4. Make any necessary changes to the following fields:

5.    Click the Save and Return button to save any changes or the Cancel button to leave the page without saving updates made to the verification record. The Verification List page displays.
