Editing the Issuance Detail page

To edit the Issuance Detail page in KEES:

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go.  The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Issuance History from Task Navigation.  The Issuance History page displays.

NOTE:  The user may change the number of records displayed by selecting a value from the Display the Last drop-down menu and the Display By drop-down menu, then clicking the View button.

  1. The last 3 months of all benefits issued display.  To view more detailed information regarding the issuance the user can click the Control Number hyperlink to display the Issuance Detail page.

NOTE:  The Issuance Detail page shows additional details regarding the issuance including the Issue Date if the benefit has been issued and the issuance Status.

  1. Click the Edit button to open the page for editing.

  2. If needed, select a Status from the drop-down menu.

  3. If needed, select a Status Reason from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the Save button to save the changes.

  5. Click the Close button to return to the Issuance History page.

  6. To return to the Case Summary page, click the Close button on the Issuance History page or select Case Summary from Task Navigation.
