End Dating Existing Income - Non-Medical

End Dating is used when a consumer is no longer receiving an income.

To End Date an Existing Income Record

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click the Go button. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Click the + beside Financial from Task Navigation to open the financial data collection pages. Select Income from Task Navigation. The Income List page displays.

  3. Click the Edit button beside the income the consumer no longer receives. The Income Detail page displays.

  4. In the Income Amounts section, click the Edit button. The Income Amount Detail page displays.

  5. Enter the End Date of the last day of the month the income should be counted for eligibility using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

    NOTE: If using actuals in the determination, the End Date is the last date an income/benefit was received.  If the last paycheck is received on the last day of the month, when entering the check information in the Average Calculator, alter the Received Date of the final check to be one day prior to the date it was actually received.  Enter the altered date in the End Date field as well to allow rules to budget actuals.

  6. Click the Save and Return button. The Income Detail page displays.

  7. Click the Save and Return button. The Income List page displays.
