Ending an Activity on the Activity Progress Detail Page

 

When ending dating an activity you must also ended the Activity Progress Detail status.

  1. Select Services from Global Navigation. Select Activities from Local Navigation. The Customer Activities List page displays.

  2. Click the View Progress button by the activity you are ending.  The Activity Progress Detail page displays.

  3. Click the Edit button. The Activity Progress Detail page displays in edit mode.

  4. In the Status section, click the Edit button.  The Activity Progress Status Detail page displays.

  5. Select the Status from the drop-down menu.

  6. Select the Status Reason from the drop-down menu.

  7. Enter the Status End Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  8. Click the Save button. The Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays listing the activity status and the activity status reason.

  9. Click the Save button.  The Activity Progress Detail page displays.  

  10. Click the Save and Return button.  The Activity Progress Detail page re-displays.

  11. Click the Close button.
