Energy Information Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Energy Information (EID):

A second high dated record will be created on the Energy Information List page when an online LIEAP application is submitted on an existing LIEAP Case. 

• There is no way to remove a record from the Energy Information List page.
• End Dates only display on the Energy Information Detail page.
• There should only be one high dated record on the Energy Information List page.
• EID information mapping in from an online application will not display a NEW indicator. 
• EID information mapping in from an online application will have a Begin Date the first day of the month the online application was submitted. 

To eliminate one of the two high dated records:

1. Review the Energy Information List and determine which record to eliminate.
2. Click the Edit button for the record to eliminate.
3. The Begin Date must match the Begin Date of the second high dated record, update Begin Date if necessary. 
4. Click the Save and Return button. 
5. The Effective Dating Confirmation List display. Click the Save button.

The Energy Information List page displays with one high dated record.
