FAET Manual Referral Process

To add a referral task in Current for the Food Assistance Employment and Training program, the following steps must be taken:

• Click Add Case in Current
• Select the Originating Office: FAE&T <office name> associated to the client’s FA case
• Select the Access Point: Non-Lobby
• Enter the Client’s FA Case Number, First Name and Last Name
• Received Date: Today’s Date
• Click Add Task:
  • Activity: FAE&T Case Management
  • Program: Referral
• Click Add Case 

Staff must add a referral task for FAET when KEES does not generate a task for a person who is determined to be mandatory and has a child in the home aged 14-17.
