Finding Hidden Administrative Role

When adding an Administrative Role to a person associated with a case, they should already be listed in the Name drop-down on the Administrative Role Detail page.

If their name is not in the Name drop-down on the Administrative Role Detail page, they may be hidden on the case. Follow the steps below to unhide the person on the case.  

  1. Select Case Info from Global Navigation. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Hide Person from Task Navigation. The Hide Person page displays.

  3. Uncheck the Individual(s) the user wants to "unhide" (retrieve).

  4. Click the Save and Continue button.

NOTE: Eligibility and Registration workers should not use the Hide Person functionality, even when a case person is no longer in the home.  Hide Person should only be used by the KEES HelpDesk.
