Forgot Password Function

Users can set a new password by providing answers to previously selected challenge questions.

To set a New Password

1. Navigate to the KEES Sign On page.

2. Click the Forgot Password hyperlink.

3. On the Oracle Identity Self Service Sign In page click the Forgot Password? hyperlink.

4. Enter the User Login on the Identify Yourself page. Click the Next button.

5. Enter the answers to the previously selected Challenge Questions on the Answer Challenge Questions page.  Click the Next button.  

6. Enter new password and Re-enter new password on the Select A New Password page.  Click the Save button .
   
   NOTE: Password Policy requirements include:

   • Password must be at least 12 characters long.

   • Password must contain uppercase alphabetic characters, lowercase alphabetic characters, a number and non-alphanumeric characters for example: $ # or %.

   • Password must not contain any of User ID, first name or last name.

   • Password must not be one of the 8 previous passwords.

   • The password does not contain any user ID, first name or last name.

   • The password is not one of 8 previously used passwords.

7. A window opens confirming the Password has been changed or an Error message will display informing the end user of password requirements not met.
