Foster Care Program Report

The Foster Care Program Report displays a historical list of placements, EP segments, and all permanency hearing dates associated to a single Foster Care episode.

This report should be run as needed.

To Access a Foster Care Report:

  1. Select Reports from Global Navigation. The Local Navigation defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.
  2. Select Foster Care from Task Navigation to display the list of available Foster Care report and a description of each report.
  3. Click the Report Name hyperlink for Foster Care Program Report. The Report Parameters page displays.
  4. On the Report Parameters page, complete the parameter values as follows:
  1. Enter the Placement Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon. 
  2. Enter the Client ID and/or Case Number as needed to limit the amount of returned data.
  1. Select Excel from the Report Format drop-down menu.
  1. Click the OK button.

NOTE: Reports can take some time to generate and do not indicate they are running after clicking the OK button.

  1. A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report, or cancel the file download.
