Hiding/Unhiding a Case Person – Non-Medical

Hiding a Case Person - LIEAP

Hiding a Case Person who is not currently in the household from the data collection pages removes the person from the drop-down menus associated with the existing case.

Within the context of the case:

1. Select Case Info from Global Navigation in the context of the case. The Case Summary page displays.

2. Select Hide Person from Task Navigation. The Hide Person page displays.

3. Select the individual(s) the user wants to hide from the data collection pages.

4. Click the Save and Continue button.

NOTE: Hidden case members should be unhidden before they can be rescinded and approved.

Unhiding (Retrieving) a Case Person - LIEAP

Unhiding a Case Person allows them to reappear on data collection pages and drop-down menus associated to the existing case.

Within the context of the case:

1. Select Case Info from Global Navigation in the context of a case. The Case Summary page displays.

2. Select Hide Person from Task Navigation. The Hide Person page displays.

3. Uncheck the Individual(s) the user wants to "unhide" (retrieve).

4. Click the Save and Continue button.

NOTE: Hidden case members should be "unhidden" (retrieved) before they can be rescinded and approved.
