Perceptive Content Printer for Webpage - LIEAP

  1. Access KEES.

  1. Navigate to the Case Summary page for the LIEAP case associated with the documents.
    NOTE: The user must be on the Case Summary page to auto-populate the Case Number and Case Name in the following steps. Perceptive Content is not able to read the IP Address if the page is minimized and an error displays.

  2. Access Perceptive Content

  3. Set the default Application Plan. See Setting Default Application Plan - LIEAP for detailed steps.

  4. Set Package Mode as the default capture profile. See Setting Default Capture Profile - LIEAP for detailed steps.

  5. Open a new tab on the same webpage window and navigate to the image.

  6. Click the File tab on the top left corner of the webpage window or right click on the webpage then select Print from the drop-down menu. The Print dialog  box displays.

  7. Select Perceptive Content Printer from the Select Printer menu.

  8. Click the Print button. The Perceptive Content Print window displays.

  9. Select the Capture Profile from the drop-down menu.

  10. Before clicking OK on the Perceptive Content Print window, click on the tab of the window displaying the LIEAP Case Summary page and click anywhere on the window then click Perceptive Content in the Windows toolbar to re-display the Perceptive Content Print dialog box.

  11. Click the OK button on the Perceptive Content Print window.

  12. The Enter Received Date dialog box display.

  13. The date in the Enter Received Date dialog box defaults to the current date. If needed, you can manually change. Click the OK button.

  14. The Proposed Keys dialog box displays and is auto-populated with Case Name, Case Number, Received Date and Unique ID.

  15. By leaving <Please select location> as the default, the office location associated with the user’s Worker ID is selected.  Select the Office Location from the drop-down menu if needed.

  16. Select the Document Type from the drop-down menu. See DCF Imaged Forms Desk Aid.

  17. Click the Capture button. The Perceptive Content Viewer window opens displaying the document.

  18. Review the documents for clarity. Verify the accuracy of the Document Keys.

  19. Click the Submit icon at the bottom of the Perceptive Content Viewer window. The Perceptive Content Viewer window closes.
