LOLA - LIEAP On Line Assistant

LOLA is the LIEAP online assistant for LIEAP end-users.  LOLA can answer various question on LIEAP Policy and provide support on LIEAP KEES functionality.

 

·         Include ‘LIEAP’ in questions.

·         Check for typos and misspelled words when asking questions.

·         Ask specific questions with direct context.

Specific/Direct:              What are LIEAP Income Limits?

1.       Select Virtual Assistant from Utility Navigation. 

2.       LOLA displays in a separate window.

3.       Click in the window, Type Something displays. 

4.       Type the question and click the Button to click in lower right corner of LOLA. button.       

5.       LOLA will display an answer.

6.       LOLA ask Was this answer Helpful? Answer yes or no.
