Manually Discontinuing a Program for No Review

To manually discontinue a program for failing to return the review, Negative Action must be taken on the case.

Within the context of the case:

  1. Select Case Info or Eligibility from Global Navigation. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Negative Action from Task Navigation. The Negative Action Detail page displays.

  3. Select the Benefit Month from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select the Run EDBC for this program check box at the top of the Program block.

  5. Select the check box for the Person(s) being discontinued.

  6. Select a Negative Action Reason from the drop-down menu.

  7. Click the Run EDBC button. The EDBC List page displays.

  8. Click the Non-Medical Program hyperlink. The EDBC Summary page displays. Review for accuracy.

  9. Click the Accept button. The EDBC List page displays.

  10. Click the Save and Continue button.

  11. Review the NOA for accuracy.
