Manually Unlinking an SSP Account

Certain scenarios may require staff to unlink an SSP Account from a KEES case without an Unlink Request being submitted. For example: A Case Head or Primary Applicant on a case verbally requests an SSP account be removed or the SSP Account holder is no longer a household member.

To Manually Unlink an SSP Account:

  1. From the Case Summary page, click the Name hyperlink in the ACSSP User Accounts block. The ACSSP User Detail page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button. The ACSSP User Detail page redisplays in editable format.

  3. Click the Unlink button. The page refreshes and the Linked field now displays No.

  4. Click the Save and Return button. A Light Box displays the question: “You are about to unlink the ACSSP User Account from this case. Click OK to unlink the account or click Cancel to stay on the page.”

  5. Click the OK button to proceed or the Cancel button to re-evaluate before proceeding. If the OK button is clicked the ACSSP User Page redisplays in view only format.

  6. Click the Close button to return to the Case Summary page.
