If you are processing a case that has multiple Pending SSP submissions linked to it, you should expect to complete data acceptance for each of those submissions. Not all of the data collection pages present the user with the New data in the same way.
For example, if there are 2 SSP submissions linked to the same case:
Individual Demographics – If changes were reported for every person on the case, complete data acceptance twice for each person. What this looks like: Click the Edit button for Person 1 – complete all data acceptance and save – the New indicator still displays on the List page – click the Edit button again and complete all data acceptance a second time. The New indicator is now gone.
Citizenship/Identity – You may see each person listed multiple times, but once each record has been accepted, only one remains for each person.
Any data collection page that allows for multiple high-dated records at a time (such as Income, Expenses, Employment, etc) lists each New record separately – the user should accept or reject the records as needed.
