When Used: A Child Care household meets all eligibility requirements, including income and resources, but is pending for a Child Care Provider Referral to be completed.

It has been determined the household is within the income and resource guidelines for Child Care Subsidy. We have submitted a Child Care Provider Referral for your selected provider, *NAME OF PROVIDER*. If your selected provider is approved, we will then write the child care plans, and determine if your household is eligible child care benefits. If the provider is denied, we will give you 10 days to choose another DCF approved provider.
