Reassign Multiple Cases - Non-Medical

Follow these steps to reassign a portion of a caseload.  Tasks assigned to the worker ID are not transferred to the new Worker ID when reassigning the programs.  Tasks should be searched for on the Task Inventory page using the Status of Assigned and the previous Worker ID. The worker may use their discretion when deciding if they want to reassign the tasks or just work them directly from the queue.

Complete the following:

  1. Select Admin Tools from Global Navigation. Select Workload Assignment from Local Navigation. Select Individual Reassignment from Task Navigation. The Individual Workload Reassignment page displays.

  2. Under From Worker ID:

  3. Under To Worker ID:

  4. Select Yes from the Automatically Reassign when Activated drop-down menu.

  5. Click the check box(es) for the desired case(s) to be transferred to the new Worker ID.

  6. Click the Reassign button.  The Individual Workload Reassignment page displays with the remaining cases assigned to the Worker ID associated to the From Worker ID.

  7. Repeat STEP 5 – STEP 6 until all desired cases are moved to the new Worker ID workload.
