Reissuing from the Issuance Detail page

To reissue from the Issuance Detail page in KEES:

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go.  The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Issuance History from Task Navigation.  The Issuance History page displays with the last 3 months of all benefits issued display.

NOTE:  The user may change the number of records displayed by selecting a value from the Display the Last drop-down menu and the Display By drop-down menu, then clicking the View button.

  1. Click the Control Number hyperlink associated to the benefit month needing re issuance. The Issuance Detail page displays.

NOTE:  The Issuance Detail page shows additional details regarding the issuance including the Issue Date if the benefit has been issued and the issuance Status.

  1. Click the Replace button.

  2. Update the Immediacy drop-down menu, if necessary.

  3. Update the Payment Amount, if needed.

  4. Click the Save button.  A new issuance record is created with the Status Ready for Issuance.

  5. Click the Close button to return to the Issuance History page.

  6. To return to the Case Summary page, click the Close button on the Issuance History page or select Case Summary from Task Navigation.
