Remove Duplicate Person Designation

The following steps must be done in the context of the case of the correct person which needs the designation that a duplicate person exists removed.

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation.

  2. Click the Individual Demographics link from Task Navigation.  The Individual Demographics List page displays.

  3. Click the Edit button associated with the duplicate person.  The Individual Demographics Detail page displays.

  4. Click the Duplicate List button.  The Duplicate Person List page displays.

  5. Click the check box for the Name of the person to be removed from the duplicate list.

  6. Click the Remove button.

  7. Click the Close button.  The Individual Demographics Detail page displays.

  8. Click the Save and Return button.  The person is no longer designated as a duplicate and will display when a Person Search is done.
