There are two types of reports users can obtain from KEES:
On Request reports can be requested on demand by the user according to security privileges. Data contained in the On Request reports can be based on two types of results:
Real Time: Data based on time the report is being executed.
Data Refresh: Data based on stored information extracted from KEES. The data is based on the last time the stored information was refreshed, which usually occurs nightly.
Scheduled reports are automatically generated by the system based on a set schedule and then retained for a pre-determined time frame. These reports can be retrieved by the user according to security privileges.
