Reset Existing Password

Users can change passwords at any time.

  1. Log into KEES.

  2. Click the Password Reset hyperlink from Quick Search section on the KEES Home page. The OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) sign in window displays.

  3. Enter the User Login and Password. Click the Sign In button. The OIM Self Service page displays.

  4. Click on the Profile tab located at the top of the page.

  5. Click on the Security tab located under the My Profile section.

  6. Click the Change Password link just above the Challenge Questions. The Change Password window displays.

  7. Enter the current password and then enter a new password, including confirmation of the new password.

    NOTE: Password Policy requirements include:

  8. Click the Apply button. A Confirmation window displays confirming the password has been reset.

  9. Click the OK button.
