Reset Existing or Expiring Password

Passwords must be reset once every 60 days. KEES reminds users at 50 days via Email that their password must be reset.

NOTE: Contact Help Desk if a password has already expired.

To Reset a Password:

  1. Log into KEES.

  2. Click the Password Reset hyperlink from the Quick Search section on the KEES Home Page. The Oracle Identity Self Service Sign In displays.

  3. Enter the User ID and Password. Click the Sign In button. The Oracle Self Service Homepage displays.

  4. Click the My Information icon on the Oracle Self Service Homepage.

  5. Click the carat to expand the Change Password section on the My Information tab.

  6. Enter the Old Password and then enter a New Password, including Confirm New Password..

  7. Click the Apply button.

  8. A message will display Password has been changed successfully or an Error message will display informing the end user of password requirements not met.
