Retrieve RDB Provider Unknown Document

1. Access Perceptive Content.

2. Left click the drop-down caret next to the Documents button on the Perceptive Content toolbar then select KEES RDB Unknown. The Perceptive Content Explorer window opens.

3. Select desired search parameter from the first and second drop-down menus on the Quick Search tab.

4. Enter the desired value in the search box.

5. Click the Go button. The search results display.

6. Double click the document the user wants to view. The document opens in the Perceptive Content Viewer window.

NOTE: RDB Unknown Documents names are entered beginning with the office location the document was received.
