Search, List, and Detail Page

The most common types of pages in KEES are Search, List, and Detail.

Search pages are used to obtain records and include, but are not limited to:

• Person Search

• Resources

• Distributed Documents

• Staff  

List pages display a summary list of information in KEES.  List pages help a user view recorded information on a consumer’s current and past history.

Options on a List page include:

• Add/Edit Information

• Remove Information

• Filter the list for a specific date range

Detail pages can be accessed from the List page for viewing or editing purposes.

From a List page clicking:

• The Name hyperlink displays the Detail page in View Only mode.

• The Edit button displays the Detail page in Edit mode.

• The Add button gives the user a blank detail page to add new information.
