If no active Foster Care record is found on the OPA page complete a KAECSES search for a Foster Care program which was open in the month the applicant turned 18. If KAECSES shows no open Foster Care (FC) program in the month of the applicant’s 18th birthday, they are not eligible for Aged Out Foster Care Medical. See Not Eligible for Aged Out Foster Care.
