Prior to scanning, set the default application plan to the appropriate plan for the type of RDB Provider documents being scanned.
Left click the drop-down caret next to the Applications button on the Perceptive Content toolbar.
Right click the application plan the user would like to set as a default.
Left click the Set as Default Action.
