Program Block Opened in Error - ES

Regardless of the program (Work Program or FAE&T), a user can make a decision to discontinue a program or person without using EDBC rules.

  1. Within the context of a case, select Services from Global Navigation.  Select WP or FAET from Task Navigation. The Status List page displays.

  2. Select the consumer’s Name from the drop-down menu.

NOTE:  To view Work Programs or FAE&T participation records for the consumer selected, click the View button.

  1. Click the Add Status button from the Program section. The WP Status or FAET Status Detail page displays.

  2. Select Discontinued from the Status drop-down menu.

  3. Select Application Opened in Error from the Status Reason drop-down menu.    

  4. Enter the Begin Date as the TANF application date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  5. Click the Save and Return button. The Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays.

  6. Click the Save button.

  7. Click the Edit button from the Work Registration section. The Work Registration Detail page displays.

  8. Enter the End Date as one day after the TANF application date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  9. Click the Save and Return button. The Status List page displays.

  10. Select Case Summary from Local Navigation. The Work Programs or FAE&T program block is collapsed.

Record Created in Error - ES

If a record was created in error for the following pages:  

The user selects the check box for the record created in error and clicks the Remove button.

If a record was created in error for the following pages:

The user clicks the Edit button to display the proper list page. The user selects the check box for the record created in error and clicks the Remove button.
