Can a Recovery Account be deleted if it was created erroneously? For example:
I created an overpayment through the External Recovery Account process for the wrong Person and/or Case Number.
or
I experienced system latency and didn’t think my Recovery Account was saved. After redoing the process I discovered there are now 2 recovery accounts for the same overpayment.
Once a Recovery Account has been created it cannot be deleted. However, it can be voided, suspended or terminated depending on the scenario. If you have created a recovery account in error, please send an incident ticket to the KEES Help Desk via ServiceNow to have the recovery account Voided.
