Tasks with a status of In Progress, there is a start date, but no due date on the report. How do staff determine when a task is due?
A task with a status of In Progress means someone has already claimed the task or the task has been assigned to a specific user.
For DCF BPM purposes, task due dates do not really matter. Staff should work tasks from oldest to newest.
Can the report be run for just one day, or should it be run for a longer time period?
The date parameters for running this report can vary from office to office. The begin date an office uses should be driven off of the last day the office completed all of their work.
Will completed tasks drop off of the report?
No, they will continue to show up on this report with a status of Complete. To see just pending work, filter the task status column by New and In Progress.
Is there a way to see who set a task?
