Releasing a Task Claimed in Error

If a user claims a task in error, the task should be released to return the task to the queue.

  1. From the KEES home page, select the check box for the task(s) the user wants to release in the Task Portlet.

  2. Click the Release button. The task no longer displays in the Task Portlet.

Correcting the Status Reason on Completed Tasks

  1. Click the View All button in the Task Portlet from the KEES home page. The Task Inventory page displays.

  2. Apply filters to search for the completed task(s), including selecting Completed from the Status drop-down menu.

  3. Click the Search button. A list of tasks fitting the user’s search criteria displays.

  4. Click the Task hyperlink from the Task Inventory search results. The Task Details window opens.

  5. Select the correct Status Reason from the drop-down menu.

  6. Click the Save and Continue button.

Determine Who Created a Task

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Tasks from Utility Navigation.

  3. Click the Task hyperlink.

  4. Copy the ID under Created By.

  5. Select Admin Tools from Global Navigation. The Staff Search page displays.

  6. Paste the ID into the Staff ID field.

  7. Click the Search button. The results display.

Locating Images and Tasks for Unregistered Applications

  1. Log in to ImageNow. The ImageNow Toolbar displays.

  2. Click the caret for the Documents tab from the ImageNow Toolbar and select KEES Registration Documents from the menu. The ImageNow Explorer displays listing all documents in the KEES Registration Documents drawer.

  3. Change the search filter from Application ID to Last Name using the drop-down menu located at the top of the page.

  4. Enter the applicant’s last name in the text box and click the Go button. The search results display.

  5. Double click the images to view them in the ImageNow viewer.

NOTE: If Images do not display, check the case number to see if the application was successfully registered.

  1. Copy the Application ID from the Application ID field located under Document Keys.

  2. Navigate to the Task Portlet on the KEES home page.

  3. Click the View All button. The Task Inventory page displays.

  4. Paste the Application ID into the App ID field and click the Search button. The search results display.
