Updating a Discontinued WP Program Block

If a Work Programs program block exists in Discontinued status, follow the Reassign a Program Block steps prior to completing these steps.

To Update a Discontinued WP Program Block:

  1. Within the context of a case, select Services from Global Navigation. Select WP from Task Navigation. The WP Status List page displays.

  2. Select the consumer’s Name from the drop-down. Click the View button. The WP Status List page redisplays.

  3. Click the Add Status button from the Program section. The WP Status Detail page displays.

  4. Select Active from the Status drop-down menu.

  5. Select a value from the Status Reason drop-down menu.

  6. Enter the TANF application date as the Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  7. Click the Save and Return button. The Effective Dating Confirmation List page displays. This page shows KEES is end dating the existing record and starting a new record.

  8. Verify the dates are correct, then click the Save button.  The WP Status List page displays.

  9. Click the Add button from the Work Registration section. The Work Registration Detail page displays.

  10. Select Mandatory from the Registration Status drop-down menu.

  11. Enter the TANF application date as the Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  12. Click the Save and Return button. The WP Status List page displays.
